Producing YouTube Video17 Feb

YouTubeWe’re often asked about producing video content so that our clients can host it on YouTube. Sure, we do that. There are some encoding considerations that we take into account so the video looks as good as it can on YouTube, but the truth is the newer high quality YouTube option does look good. And if you have a video that can really benefit by the viral nature of YouTube, then that is the place for you. Look at what it did for the blender guy!

The down side to YouTube is… the noise level is very high. There is a LOT of garbage there which you may not want your brand associated with. You have to ask yourself.. “Do I feel lucky?”  We still recommend that you do not put all your eggs in the YouTube basket. Eventually, they will ramp up the monetization of content on YouTube… your content. Do you really want to risk having an ad for a competing company play before your video.. just because the content was similar? Do you feel lucky? Well do you?

About

In 1999 Lu Ann Reeb and Scott Hess from CBS Boston (WBZ-TV) had a vision for the burgeoning marketplace for video on the Internet. Even then, they knew that if corporate America expected to attract viewers and customers, new media content would be important. And now corporations cannot afford not to have a new media presence! So who better to produce new media than broadcast television professionals? Our team of producers, videographers, engineers, editors, and technicians consists of broadcast professionals who meet the high standard of quality expected in all of our projects.

In 2005, Legal Talk Network was launched, forging a B2B professional network for the legal community with timely legal podcasts hosted by lawyers and online video.

In 2008, Med Talk Network was launched in the same fashion with new media communications for the professional medical community.
